Transportation Services

$30 / trip

Starting at $30 per scheduled service
Includes up to 20 total round-trip miles
Additional mileage: $0.75 / mile

Waiting time: A reasonable waiting-time charge applies when the driver or Behavioral Aide must remain beyond the scheduled pickup, appointment, visitation, or service time. The applicable waiting charge is clearly disclosed before checkout.

I have read the SMITHS' PRIORITY LLC Behavioral Aide and Transportation Service Agreement and electronically accept its terms.

Before We Provide Services

Caregivers must provide complete and accurate information concerning medications, allergies, medical concerns, behavioral concerns, aggression, elopement risks, emotional or developmental needs, safety plans, car-seat requirements, authorized pickup persons, and court or placement restrictions. Incomplete or inaccurate information may prevent us from safely providing services.

Scope of Behavioral Aide Services

Behavioral Aide services provide supervision, behavioral support, redirection, routine assistance, and related support. These services are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, or another licensed clinical service unless SMITHS' PRIORITY LLC has separately authorized and properly licensed that service.

What To Know Before You Book

Deposits: a $50 booking & scheduling deposit plus 50% of the estimated service cost are required to reserve your appointment.
Payment: pay via Zelle or Cash App. Your remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before service.
Cancellations: at least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
BA hours & rates: Behavioral Aide services are $25/hour with a 3-hour minimum and 5-hour standard maximum. Additional mileage is billed separately.
Required disclosures: you must disclose medications, allergies, medical and behavioral concerns, safety risks, car-seat needs, and authorized pickup/release people.
Confirmation: submitting the form and deposit reserves your request subject to confirmation by our team.

Full terms — including waiting time, late or unpaid balances, emergency procedures, and client responsibilities — are in the agreement.
